Last summer I had the most embarrassing moment of my life. I was having dinner with my dad’s boss, called Carlos. It was an important dinner for my family, because maybe my dad could get a chance to be promoted. So he was really looking forward to this moment. It was in a very fancy restaurant, so I was looking right.
Carlos decided to eat fish, but I can’t stand fish! So I asked my dad if I could eat a cheeseburger and he said that I couldn’t because his boss would get mad at me. Then I ate fish against my will! And for dessert Carlos decided to eat a very big apple pie! When the waiter came with the pie, I decided to go to the restroom, because I was so annoyed with this dinner that I needed to have some fresh air.
But when I stood up, my head, accidentally, bumped into the waiter’s tray and the big apple pie fell over Carlos’s lap! I instantly blushed, and I wanted to hide myself, but I couldn’t because everyone was staring at me! Even the whole restaurant! I wished this situation ended fast!
I was so embarrassed, but instead Carlos started to laugh hard! And then, everyone started to laugh too! I was shocked! I apologised and he accepted!
Of course that my dad got angry with me, but he got promoted!
